HOW can we help you ....
Following an initial 'getting to know you' consultation, Steve will work with you to map out a plan to review your safe working programmes with your leaders and workforce. This review will consider the four elements above to build a clear framework for the leadership team to take full ownership of these risk controls and help the workforce deliver safe working every day.
Steve can also assist with short term projects in the safety, risk and leadership space - helping deliver facilitation of workshops and seminars; carrying out investigations, deliver training in safety leadership and understanding how to move toward 'safety differently / safety II’.
If you need assistance in the regulatory space, Steve has a strong background in regulatory liaison and engagement and can assist in the development of strategies in this area.
